Overview

Jeremy Phillip Basuga is an associate attorney at LTL Attorneys LLP, specializing in consumer litigation with a focus on warranty defense. He graduated magna cum laude from Western State College of Law, where he received the William D. Shapiro Advocacy Award in recognition of his dedication to the law school and his excellence in advocacy.

During law school, Mr. Basuga served as President of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association and Vice President of the Honors Moot Court Team. He also competed in the 2023 Schreck Gaming Law Moot Court Competition at the William S. Boyd School of Law, University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Mr. Basuga has been actively involved in various bar associations in Orange County and Los Angeles County. Notably, he served as a board member and student representative for the Filipino Lawyers of Orange County (FLOC) during law school and now serves as a member of the organization’s Board of Directors.
