Lee & Tran’s client was recently awarded nearly $1 million at the end of a two-year arbitration with JAMS. The case, involving seven different parties, arises out of a massive landslide that occurred in Orange County a few years ago. The parties went through several lawsuits, appeals, and mediations before agreeing to submit their disputes to binding arbitration before the former Presiding Judge of the Orange County Superior Court.
This achievement is the latest in a string of successful results obtained by Firm lawyers in arbitration proceedings.
