LTL Partner Enoch Liang Recognized by BTI as a ”Client Service All-Star“

Enoch Liang, LTL Attorneys’ (LTL) Intellectual Property Group Chair, has been recognized as a 2016 “Client Service All-Star” by BTI Consulting Group. BTI has identified only 312 attorneys nationwide (in all practice areas), who “stand out as absolutely best at client service.  Not just great—but head and shoulders above the rest as defined solely by clients.”

Law 360 reported further on the BTI All-Star list in its February 7 article entitled “GCs Name Favorite IP Lawyers.” As noted in the Law 360 article, there were only “30 IP attorneys recognized in the BTI report.”  Besides Enoch, other IP lawyers named to the “2016 Client Service A-Team List” included lawyers from internationally recognized firms, such as Morrison & Foerster, Fish & Richardson, Knobbe Martens Olson & Bear, Covington & Burling, and WilmerHale.

According to BTI, “[n]o attorney or firm can self-nominate, self-refer nor pay to be included.  The only possible avenue for becoming a BTI Client Service All-Star is for corporate counsel to identify an attorney who stands out—above all the others—for delivering superior client service, in an unprompted manner.  Only clients select and decide.”

This honor complements LTL recently being named to the “2016 Client Service A-Team List” by BTI.  LTL’s Managing Partner James Lee stated:  “2015 and 2016 have been banner years for LTL, especially when it comes to awards received from the legal community.  We are very happy that our focus on unparalleled client service continues to be recognized by our clients.”
