San Francisco, CA – July 2014 – Lee Tran & Liang LLP (LTL) is proud to announce that firm co-founder Enoch Liang has been named a “2014 Top Rated Lawyer in Intellectual Property” by LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell and American Lawyer Media.
Enoch was selected based on his AV® Preeminent™ Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest ranking of both ethical standards and legal ability that Martindale awards. The rating is driven by confidential opinions of attorneys and members of the judiciary surveyed by LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell to provide reviews of lawyers of whom they have professional knowledge.
Enoch leads LTL’s Intellectual Property (IP) litigation practice. He is an experienced IP attorney, and has litigated all facets of IP disputes (including patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets and idea theft disputes). Enoch has served global clients across numerous industries including technology, retail, cosmetics, automotive, and entertainment. He has been the partner in charge of numerous IP matters in venues around the country, including in California, Delaware, Texas, and New York. Due in large part to Enoch’s leadership, LTL was recently named to the 2014 National Law Journal’s Litigation Boutiques Hot List (one of ten firms nationally). Prior to LTL, Enoch litigated high-stakes IP matters for several years with Quinn Emanuel in Los Angeles and Lovells in China.
“We are very proud of Enoch,” stated partner James Lee. “Enoch has led our IP litigation practice into one that is well-recognized by our clients and colleagues alike, and we look forward to continuing to build it under Enoch’s leadership.”
