Overview

Jacky P. Wang is Senior Counsel with LTL Attorneys LLP, and his practice emphasizes consumer law, real estate, personal injury, premises liability, business litigation, complex litigation, bankruptcy, and insurance matters for over twenty years. He is admitted to practice in California and is also admitted to all four of the United States District and Bankruptcy Court in California, as well as the 9^th Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Wang joined LTL Attorneys LLP in 2024. Mr. Wang was previously Vice-President and Trial Counsel with Fidelity National Law Group, which is the in-house litigation department of a Fortune 500 company, Fidelity National Financial. Mr. Wang represented Fidelity National Financial and its family of title insurance and escrow companies, as well as its insured owners and lenders in quiet title actions, escrow claims, insurance bad faith, mechanic’s lien claims, easement disputes, foreclosures, lien priority disputes and bankruptcy proceedings.

Mr. Wang was also previously Vice-President and Senior Legal Counsel with Doma fka North American Title Company (“NATC”) / North American Title Insurance Company (“NATIC”). Mr. Wang represented NATC, NATIC and its insured owners and lenders in litigation throughout the state of California in title curative actions, quiet title actions, escrow claims, easement disputes and bankruptcy proceedings.

Mr. Wang has significant first chair trial experience in state and federal court, as well as appellate experience having authored numerous briefs and arguments in the California Court of Appeal.

Mr. Wang is an avid runner having completely numerous marathons and half-marathons and enjoys traveling and gastronomy.
