Overview
Patice Gore is an associate in the firm’s commercial and employment litigation practice groups. She represents clients in various aspects of federal and state court proceedings throughout California and has experience in motion practice in these venues. Outside of litigation, Patice works closely with clients to develop unique strategies to address their needs and interests.
Patice has published several articles, including a column in the Daily Journal entitled, “Autonomously Arriving,” discussing the potential legal impact of self-driving or autonomous vehicles. She has also presented several seminars addressing litigation issues arising from insurance claims.
