Overview

Sabrina Narain is the Managing Partner spearheading our firm’s consumer protection litigation practice. She specializes in defending breach of warranty, fraud, and product liability cases, particularly those concerning catastrophic injuries and rollover accidents. Alongside this, Sabrina represents businesses of all sizes in general liability, business litigation, and employment disputes.

With extensive experience across all facets of litigation, including law and motion, discovery, trial preparation, appearances, and post-judgment proceedings, Sabrina has served as lead trial counsel in numerous consumer protection and employment cases. Notably, she has represented major domestic and international manufacturers in the automotive industry, pioneering innovative litigation strategies to effectively counter consumer warranty claims in California. These strategies have proven successful in cases involving fraud, misrepresentation, and allegations under various consumer protection statutes such as the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty, the Magnusson-Moss Warranty Act, California’s Unfair Competition Law (UCL), and California’s Consumer Legal Remedies Act (CLRA).

Sabrina’s track record includes securing dismissals of lawsuits from aggressive plaintiff litigation firms, obtaining favorable trial defense verdicts, and challenging opponents’ abuse of attorney’s fees statutes. In employment law, she has acted as lead trial counsel in discrimination, retaliation, and whistleblower cases representing both public entities and franchises.
