Lee & Tran was hired to defend a training center used by several U.S. Olympians against a lawsuit and an application for temporary restraining order (TRO) filed by a competing center. The Firm had about 12 hours after the hiring to appear at the TRO hearing. After working throughout the night on the opposition papers and oral arguments, the Firm successfully convinced the Court that the TRO application should be denied. A motion to dismiss this high-profile lawsuit filed by the Firm’s client is being considered by the Court.
